At Wacky Hire, we understand that circumstances can change, and plans may need to be adjusted. Below is our cancellation policy to guide you through the process:

Cancellation Period:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Changing Event Dates:

If you need to change the date of your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.


Weather-related Cancellations:

In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds) that pose a safety risk, we may need reschedule your booking. In such cases, you will receive the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Failure to Provide Access:

If we arrive at the agreed-upon delivery time and are unable to access the setup location (e.g., locked gates, inaccessible driveway), resulting in the inability to install the inflatable, the full hire fee will still be payable.
Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any changes or cancellations to their booking promptly.
Any fees incurred due to changes or cancellations made by the customer outside of the specified cancellation period will be non-refundable.


Refund Process:

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 days of notification, using the same method of payment used for the booking.
